CareerBoost™ Service Terms

These Terms govern your use of the CareerBoost™ premium service on JobsInNigeria. By purchasing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Description of Service

Professional Resume Rewrite: Our certified career experts will professionally rewrite your resume, delivering a polished document tailored for Nigeria’s diverse industries, including banking, technology, healthcare, and more. The resume will be optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to enhance your appeal to employers. A final copy of your resume will be provided for your personal use.

Video Introduction and Interview Preparation Resources: You will receive a guide to create a compelling introduction video and access to our comprehensive resources for effective interview preparation. These materials are designed to help you confidently showcase your skills to potential employers.

Profile Promotion: Upon finalization of your resume, your profile will be prominently featured on our job boards. For 30 days, we will promote your profile to employers with job roles that align closely with your skills and experience. This service increases your visibility to employers who may contact you directly.

2. Service Fees and Payment

All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (₦) through our secure payment gateway. Fees are non-refundable once the service initiation process (including resume rewrite commencement) has begun, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information about your qualifications, experience, and career objectives. You must cooperate promptly with our career experts during the resume rewrite process, providing feedback and necessary details in a timely manner. Delays in completing the candidate assessment or introduction video per our guidelines may impact the overall service timeline.

4. Our Commitment and Service Limitations

Delivery: We will provide a professionally rewritten resume, promote your profile, and grant access to our resources as outlined in Section 1.

No Job Guarantee: We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment. We provide career-enhancing services and increased market visibility. Hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of employers, who will contact you directly if interested.

No Recruitment Services: This service is not a recruitment service. We do not act as your agent or advocate directly with employers. We highlight your profile to employers, who may then choose to contact you.

Job Scope: While we aim to promote your profile for high-value roles, actual offers depend on employers, roles, your experience, and market conditions.

Confidentiality: All personal and professional information you provide will be handled with strict confidentiality.

5. Timelines

The rewritten resume will typically be delivered within 7 business days from the start of the process. Profile promotion depends on the timely completion of your candidate assessment and introduction video. We will notify you once your profile is visible to employers.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate start of work, CareerBoost™ fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if we fail to deliver the core components of the Service (professional resume rewrite and profile promotion) due to our fault, and after attempts to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of resume completion, specifying the service breach. Our decision will be final.

7. Intellectual Property

The resume and other documents created as part of the Service are for your personal job search use. You retain ownership of your original content, while we retain rights over our methodologies and templates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, goodwill, or data) arising from your use of the Service or the outcomes of your job search.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
