Job Description

Responsibilities  

 

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals

Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email

Take messages and minutes during meetings

Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

Write emails, memos and letters

Develop and implement office procedures and record systems

Manage database entry and client files

Order and maintain supplies

Make and confirm travel arrangements

Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence

Maintain confidential department files/records

Collate and create monthly  

reports

Interface between church and the office

 

Requirements  

 

Strong attention to detail  

Willingness to work with a growing organization  

Ability to prioritize and multitask  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience using emails, scanning, photocopying.

Proficient in Ms Office suite

Be adaptable and flexible to change

Assume other responsibilities as assigned by superiors  

Excellent time management and organizational skills

 

Qualifications  

Educational: Minimum of HND

Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related fields preferred
