Job Description

Transsion Holdings is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives across social media marketing, influencer/KOL management, customer engagement operations, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing Strategy

Design and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives

Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and platform performance across multiple channels

Track analytics, evaluate performance metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns

Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social platforms

Influencer & KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and KOLs relevant to target audiences

Plan and deliver influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through execution

Oversee contracts, deliverables, timelines, and relationship management

Measure ROI and refine influencer strategies to maximize impact

Customer Operations & Engagement

Develop customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty marketing strategies

Lead customer communication initiatives and feedback management processes

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience

Leverage customer insights and data to inform marketing decisions

Marketing Campaigns & Activities

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

Manage budgets, timelines, and marketing resources effectively

Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports

Optimize campaigns based on market trends and performance data

Strategy & Team Leadership

Contribute to overall marketing strategy development and execution

Mentor and guide junior marketing team members

Work closely with internal departments and external partners to achieve business goals

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline

5–8 years of professional marketing experience, including senior or managerial responsibilities

Proven hands-on experience in:

Social Media Marketing

Influencer/KOL Operations

Customer Engagement & Operations

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

Strong analytical, reporting, and performance-tracking skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure
