We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader prepared to take full ownership, elevate performance, and rapidly scale our people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop five distinct teams—each with unique functions, roles, and goals—to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Oversee full-cycle talent management: recruit exceptional talent, onboard seamlessly, assess performance, and support ongoing professional development.
- Design and continuously improve HR systems, processes, training programs, and performance evaluation frameworks from the ground up.
- Coach, mentor, and empower team members to deliver outstanding results through hands-on guidance and leadership.
- Provide strong leadership with excellent communication, constructive feedback, and evaluation skills to align teams with strategic organizational objectives.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives while managing daily people operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in human resources, people operations, or HR leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in training, managing, and evaluating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and strong people management skills.
- Proven capability to build scalable systems and processes from scratch.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) or relevant degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base monthly salary of ₦500,000.
- Performance-based weekly bonuses of ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (tied to team results), resulting in average total monthly earnings of approximately ₦1.5 million.
