What You Will Do

You will lead, manage, develop, and support multiple teams to exceed performance
expectations. Your responsibilities include:

Lead and manage five teams with different functions, roles, and goals
Recruit, onboard, assess, and develop team members
Build and improve systems, processes, training frameworks, and performance evaluations
Coach, train, mentor, and empower each team to deliver results
Guide teams with strong communication, evaluation, and leadership skills
Support strategic human resources initiatives and daily operations
Work directly with senior leadership to align people and performance goals


What We Are Looking For


Proven experience in human resources, people operations, or HR leadership
Experience training, managing, and evaluating teams
Strong organizational skills and strong people management skills
Ability to develop systems and processes from scratch
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
HR Certification or relevant degree preferred.


Compensation & Benefits


We offer a highly competitive monthly salary of ₦500,000, plus weekly bonuses of
₦250,000 – ₦300,000 based on team performance. Total average earnings are about ₦1.5
million per month, in addition to other bonuses, healthcare support, accessories, and
related entitlements.
