Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, closing high-value deals, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee property sales from lead generation to closing
- Train and coach sales executives for improved performance
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads
- Handle key client negotiations and high-value transactions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Number of property sales closed
- Lead conversion rate
- Team performance and productivity
- Client acquisition and retention
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA is an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years in sales (real estate preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing a sales team

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Abuja real estate market is a plus
