Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, closing high-value deals, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee property sales from lead generation to closing
  • Train and coach sales executives for improved performance
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads
  • Handle key client negotiations and high-value transactions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Number of property sales closed
  • Lead conversion rate
  • Team performance and productivity
  • Client acquisition and retention

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA is an added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years in sales (real estate preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience managing a sales team

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Abuja real estate market is a plus
