We need a strategic Sales Manager who can do more than sell—you must lead a team to deliver consistent results. You will translate business goals into sales targets, coach your team daily, and manage key client relationships personally. The sales floor is your stage, and you are responsible for the numbers at the end of every month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Management.
• Identify and convert leads into paying clients and business opportunities.
• Drive contract closure, partnership opportunities, and client acquisition.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
2. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
• Set performance targets and ensure accountability across the sales team.
• Conduct staff coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews.
• Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to drive visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee social media campaigns, online promotions, and digital sales initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with digital marketers to improve campaign effectiveness and sales conversion.
4. P2P Business & Market Expansion
• Demonstrate practical experience in P2P (Peer-to-Peer) operations, digital transactions, and online business models.
• Identify strategic opportunities within digital and financial ecosystems where applicable.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
5. Business Development & Client Relationship Management
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and business meetings.
• Maintain excellent customer relationship management to ensure repeat business and retention.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and business opportunities until closure.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and market intelligence reports.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies for improved performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of sales activities through approved systems.
